The structure

The structure, with 31 rooms is located at the foot of Assisi, in a central position close to all major service points: railway station, bus and taxi stops.

Our rooms offer all the comforts that the customer needs to better enjoy his holiday, all of them have a hair dryer, courtesy set, flat screen TV, air conditioning and WiFi.

Every morning our housekeepers will tidy up the room and you will have the daily change of toilet linen.

On the ground floor, in the large and bright dining room, you can enjoy a rich breakfast that will give you the right energy to visit our magnificent places and you can taste our typical products with a rich lunch or dinner.

The structure has a meeting room, a bar, adining room and a large porch where you can sit in peace.

Outside: a private and free parking where you can leave your car while you are visiting.

The rooms

Our recently renovated rooms are divided into standard and superior, they offer all the comforts for the stay of our customers and you will find single, double, triple and quadruple rooms available for booking.

The standard room: offers excellent value for money, is furnished in a basic style but is comfortable and functional, offers courtesy set, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, flat screen TV and air conditioning. They have a private bathroom with shower.

The superior room: let yourself be captivated by the unique style with which our superior rooms were created, renovated in 2019. The furniture in modern style is in step with current needs will give an extra touch to your stay. The well-furnished bathroom has a shower box equipped with LED light to recreate the emotional shower-style treatment typical of wellness centers. Some of them, have a patio with Basilica view where you can sit and enjoy the view.
