The kitchen is one of the strong points of our structure, fresh raw materials are used to make each dish.

We are prepared for all the needs of our customer: if he is celiac, vegetarian or vegan, the chefs will be able to prepare delicious dishes that will meet the expectations of the same.

You can taste our traditional dishes, typical salame from Norcia and Cascia, cheeses and a good glass of red or white wine from local wineries.

We make handmade pasta such as strangozzi, strascinati for all the curious who want to get into the heart of our tradition.
